WinScribe Exporter Overview
The WinScribe Exporter is an integral part of the WinScribe product suite providing the ability to digitally route work between remote WinScribe servers. In addition WinScribe Exporter can be licensed to export work to third party dictation formats - replacing outdated telephone re-record technology.

Share work between offices
The WinScribe Exporter uses WinScribe's unique 'Satellite Dictation Architecture (SDA)' to enable the sharing of work between WinScribe Servers located at remote sites. Files are transmitted securely over the Internet or via your corporate network reducing the reliance on remote telephone dictation & transcription and saving on long distance phone charges.

Control outsourced transcription
The Exporter allows fine-tuned, scheduled control of work outsourced, allowing you to pick & choose the work that needs to be exported or shared between locations.

Unique licensing
The Exporter is licensed on the number of hours of dictation you need to export to another dictation format. You can export to most third party transcription systems, whilst capturing work from any WinScribe dictation application. Exported dictation files can include detailed demographic data to facilitate integration with third party systems.
